Coastal Dreams maintains a synthetic-fragrance-free standard in our cleaning practices. We use fragrance-free cleaning products for our detergents, dryer sheets, soaps, and all-purpose cleaners.

Some of our regular cleaning supplies, like our floor cleaner, may include essential oils. If you inform us ahead of your stay, we would be glad to replace these with fully fragrance-free alternatives, ensuring your condo remains fragrance-free during your visit. We never use air fresheners, candles, or diffusers in the unit.

We believe in transparency regarding our cleaning approach to keep Coastal Dreams clean and comfortable:

• Kitchen & Bath: Fragrance-free multi-purpose, shower, glass, and wood cleaners.
• Laundry & Bedding: Washed in Free & Clear detergent/dryer sheets; 100% cotton sheets and towels.
• Cookware & Water: Ceramic PFAS-free pots and pans; dual-filtered drinking water (refrigerator filter + pitcher filter).
• Air & Building Integrity: Exhaust fans in all bathrooms; living room furniture and mattresses updated mid-2025 (fully off-gassed); regular visual mold inspections in high-risk areas.
• Wellness Extras: Non-toxic trash bags, fragrance-free hand soaps, and yoga gear (mats, blocks, bolsters, straps).

Coastal Dreams has passed the thorough screening process by Sensitive Rentals, evaluating our HVAC maintenance, pest control methods, pool treatment, and cleaning protocols.
